For our Bosch Rexroth location in Mellansel, Sweden we are looking for a future Manager in the area of Manufacturing from the beginning of 2012.

Your profile:

• You should have completed your study of manufacturing technology, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable graduation with excellent scores in your diploma, master’s, or doctorate
• Max. up to 3 years working experience in Logistics or related function in a multinational company is an added advantage
• You are keenly looking forward to diverse tasks in different functions
• Additional knowledge of the Transmission, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Drive and Control units or Automation Technology is desirable
• You are globally mobile
• You are expected to have a good hold over the English language and knowledge of German Language
• You complete your profile with a sense of strong characteristics of initiative, team spirit and resilience

Your tasks:

• The program takes up to 24 months which are divided in 4 stations of 6 months each
• You get to know different areas of the company in your personalized program
• A station abroad is an integral part of the program
• You demonstrate your abilities in Production Planning and Control, Process Development, Lean Manufacturing or Quality Management and other cross functional stages
• You handle projects independently which help you gain insights into global manufacturing strategies, while being involved in daily operations as well
• A diverse and continuing education supports your professional and personal development
• Your personal Mentor helps you in designing the program individually through necessary advise in your career planning
